F.A.T is the natural convergence of Freddie Janssen, Alice Waese and Terence Teh. A food and cooking, art and drinking ideal, for want of a better word, where the transatlantic trio can bring to life their love of all of the above and more.

Although it’s hard to bottle what F.A.T is / are doing next, these homemade rice wine and apple cider vinegar pickles are a nice start. Rainbow chard, chanterelles, fennel, green beans, onions, padron peppers, dill spears and the classic carrot, mustard seed and cinnamon pickles that were once paired with Rita’s wings (hopefully making a comeback) will be featured.
